"Showed up a day early for an already prompt repair! Removed & repaired a section of rotten flat roof that had been leaking for years before we purchased the home. Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. When we had a day long rain I had a mini-river flowing inside my house on an interior door. I called Shawn since I knew he would get to which roof area was leaking (it was, of course, at the juncture between the tile/flat roofs). The flat roof was bubbled up underneath the flashing of the tile roof which was almost touching the flat roof. He repaired the area for a reasonable price.
