Once the wall was removed Billy quickly and efficiently removed the old piping, the galvanized had a 3" long hole where it had rotted through the bottom. Billy had us run several tests to ensure no leaks and solid connections. Since Cal's does not do the block repair, I found an adobe contractor who came out later that day and repaired the wall. The drain has been running great ever since. The price was very fair for the difficulty of the job."

I was also upset that the impression they gave me was only one plumber would do the job but he showed up with a trainee and charged me for trainee time also. I will use them again only for involved or complex jobs. They are too expensive for simple plumbing jobs such as toilet install or faucet install."

"I insisted that my mother call these folks out for a real professional check up for her AC unit. I insisted she call Perry Heating and Cooling out because I have had several people tell me happy they were with their service. I know a few people who flip hoses for a living and they always get a few bids for each job they need done in the house they are flipping. They always end up going with this company based on all around good honest trouble free service. In fact one of them has even quit getting bids from multiple HVAC vendors and just call Perry in to do the job.
The reason I had to insist that she call them is because she had another company out 2 days before that she had a service contract with for the past 3 years. They would come twice a year to do the seasonal cleanings done. We had placed a call for service to the first and now EX company because the AC just was not blowing as cold as it usually does. The first company who are a true bunch of monkeys tried to sell my parents on a $6,500 new unit. They said the compressor was going out and about 10 or eleven other issues and so it would be better to just buy a new unit. Just to let you know, this and quot;old, no good, broken, may not even last a few more days and easier to replace than repairand quot; unit is only 8 years old and has been serviced twice a year since we got it.... 8 years ago. This unit is so clean you could almost eat off of it. I told my mother to think about it....all of a sudden the entire unit needs to be replaced....when these monkeys were supposed to be the ones taking care of it to help extend the life of the unit...where is the logic?
When Perry came out I told my parents DO NOT tell this company that they are the and quot;2nd opinionand quot; company and just tell them the system is not as cold as we think it should be and see what he comes up with. The technician who came out (sorry, I forget his name) looked over the system, ran some tests that these guys do and came up with that it was just low on freon and the capacitor was failing which is why is was giving off bad reading to the first company. He charged up the system, replaced the capacitor and started us on a service contract for less than 10% of the so called cost the first ripoff company wanted to charge.
