"Excellent! Brent was a great communicator, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient Highly recommend this company. Matthew also assisted with repairing our garage door. Great attitudes."

"Garage door tech, was very courteous and friendly. Talked about the scope work got it done within an hour and now i have a functioning gatage door, prices are very reasonable and they were able to add me to their busy schedule on the same day."

"We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"Mr Lobato promptly responded to the initial call for estimate even though it was a holiday,  but called to postponed by a few hours the appointment to make the actual repairs.  As with many service repair people, time management skills are not a strong point. Being retired and at home a lot, this did not bother me, but might prove problematic for busier homeowners on tight schedules.
But the attitude and demeanor of Mr. Lobato were first rate.  He carefully explained a range of repairs I might make, which allowed me to make an informed decision.  The actual repair took a short time, and the door works just fine.  I am quite happy with his work and will be calling him again.

"They sent a technician out within a couple of hours of my call. They were very good about emailing me the approximate time of arrival and who my technician would be. He did an excellent job of replacing the opener and hauled away the "dead" one. I would recommend this service"
