We were well taken care of on our first visit and were able to select a granite choice. Then the template was scheduled soon after with the installation taking place on the day of our choice. John was very responsive by phone and email.  We didn't see a slab we liked at their location, so John referred us to the warehouses.  Upon picking out a few we liked, John got the pricing for us and we made our choice.  From that point on, the process went quickly.  He scheduled the templates to be made, got the slab and was installing within a week.    A piece near our stove was not to our liking due to some dark splotches (part of the granite).   Since they had leftover on the original slab, John invited my husband down to pick out a better piece.  He did, and 2 days later, we had a nicer piece installed. Then they helped us choose the precise slabs we preferred since they have great relationships with all of the granite warehouses. They even let us choose which parts of the slabs we preferred to use. Their templates were neat and clean and their sales people and installers were all punctual, neat, clean and well dressed. They installed the granite tops before they promised."
