"Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"Fantastic! Two electricians came to my house. They first tested the outlets to be sure the outlets I bought were the correct amp. One tech replaced the bathroom outlet which was very tricky. I have had problems for years with it. He said the wires were crossed but he put the new outlet in and I tested it and all was fine. The other electrician worked quickly and methodically in the LR and each bedroom. I asked him to vacuum out the dust in the hole before placing the new outlet in and he did without hesitation. <br /> The men were very polite, professional, and cleaned up after their work. <br /> It did take a few phone calls with the company and they did travel a far distance from their work site. so if punctuality and response time are critical to a customer, be prepared. I didn't have any issue, b/c their professionalism outweighed any tardiness. In the end the service done on my electrical outlets was superior. <br />"
