"Company did a fantastic job. Had some drainage issues with a retaining wall. Company came out installed a French drain around the wall to prevent any overflowing or more damage to my wall. Job has been done since September have had some very heavy rains since. The drain I is working excellent. Definitely considering calling them back to have some additional work done."

"Very nice and polite. Had the job done quick and efficient salesman was not pushy price was fair. Yet to see water or moisture in my basement great service"

"The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund."

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I took multiple bids on my basement project across basement companies in Columbus. Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."

"I canâ t express how grateful I am for having worked with Yeet Excavating. I had issues with water leaking into my basement and decided to give them a call. FINALLY a company that even answers their calls! Right from the start they were very kind, professional and informative. They gave me the rundown of why my basement was leaking, explained the process, told me when they could come out, how long the process would take and guess what? They didnâ t miss a beat! They came out and installed drainage around my foundation, backfilled the dirt and finished the grade. They were able to get it done efficiently and quickly as promised. I love how prompt and accurate they were along with their professionalism and customer service (hard to find these days!) I want to thank them for everything and I figured writing a review is the least I can do. I will continue to use them for any future issues and recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Yeet and keep up the good work!"

"Marty is fantastic!! He moved his schedule around to help me out and gave me great info on how to fix all my drainage problems! I would recommend them to anyone! They are very professional and punctual and were willing to take on a drainage issue others were not capable or wanting to do!! Great company with no corporate runaround! Thanks Marty!!"

"I needed to replace my front brick steps from Brick to Concrete. We have been running into loose bricks, pretty much after each winter, to the extent that I was concerned about safety of visitors (my brother-in-law fell on a loose brick). Chris and crew showed up on time (like 1 min early!). And they did a great job taking all the bricks out and pouring concrete instead to give us a peace of mind and a good looking concrete steps. Throughout the process, Chris explained to me what is going on in detail and answered all my questions. I probably asked him the same question a few times and he patiently answered my questions. Chris is a master mason with specialty in concrete. He knows what he is doing and does it well. He is humorous, generous and a gentleman. Chris (personally) spent a lot of time power washing other areas of my pavers even though that was not part of the deal. I offered to pay him for it but he refused and said "I just want the place to look gorgeous when I leave. I highly recommend Chris and his team for any concrete / cement work."

"We had Liberty General Contracting, LLC replace the drainage around our basement and install two sump pumps, and the whole experience was great. Steve was easy to work with, professional, and kept everything straightforward and stress-free. There was a small issue that happened after the work was completed, but they came back quickly and fixed it without hesitation?excellent service and I?d definitely recommend them."
