SO he looked at what he had to do and went back to his truck to get his equipment. After about an hour or so of running the electric snake  then flushing the lines, the drains were running free once again allowing the lady of the house to get back to her laundry. "They were called and responded within 2 hours on a regular business day. arrived promptly , evaluated the issue, took care of the issue. I asked for addition work of replaceing a 4" sewer line section that was not related to the initial problem. They went to pick up up the needed parts and returned within the hour to complete the work. ALL total about 5 - 6 hours of work and I was pleased with the final price of $230. <br />"

"After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible.
