"Having a lot of dust in my home was not nice to see and not healthy. I called The Best Air Quality and Restoration and received a price and booked an appointment for the next day. I could not ask for any more service than they gave me and they where very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Needless to say I will use them again in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I do not see disgusting dust anymore in my home and I can sleep a lot better because I can breathe better. When they were at my house I also had them clean my clothes dryer exhaust which had a lot of lint in it and now my clothes will actually dry in one cycle so I guess I will also see a savings in my electric bill becomes it use to take up to three cycles. "Earlier this year, I found a water damage spot in my upper kitchen cabinet, MoldGone was one of 7 companies I met with. MoldGone was very professional and put many of my fears to rest that had arisen from another contractor telling me he needed to basically tear down my tiled kitchen wall. We hired MoldGone and the experience was great, no tearing down of my wall required, I also found their pricing to be very fair. The issue was found to be leak in the flashing on the roof, getting that repaired took a long time as many of the roofers are booked out for many weeks in advance. Once it was fixed I did have a bit of a wait to get back on their schedule, but it was nothing like waiting for the roofer. "Working with Justin and Adam Contracting was painless and the quality of work and timely completion of the job is commendable. Communications were great; they were always on time and if there was going to be a delay we were promptly notified. But most importantly is their integrity. There was a room which needed ceiling drywall repair that we had forgotten was part of the original estimate. Several days after we had paid the final invoice, we got a call from Justin stating they had forgotten to do the drywall repair in the room in question. They promptly set up a time at our earliest convenience and the repairs were made and the room looks great. Will definitely use Adam Contracting again and they are highly recommended."

"We had a leaking water heater, and by the time we found it had been leaking, the water had done significant water and mold damage to our floors and drywall. Our insurance carrier gave us the names of a few restoration companies in the area, fortunately I chose Water Damage America. Water Damage America arrived the next morning after our call, and immediately went to work setting up industrial strength dehumidifiers to dry everything out. This process took a week due to the extent of water damage. Our project manager kept us informed about how things were progressing, and was always available for us to call him to ask questions, which he answered thoroughly. The crews who did the work were very professional and thorough. If they were running just a few minutes behind schedule, they called us to apologize. They removed and disposed of all the damaged materials, leaving nothing behind. They were so thorough, that when they pulled out our washer and dryer to remove the floor covering, and before replacing them, they cleaned the walls and the machines themselves, which I was embarrassed to admit I never clean and the area was filthy...not anymore!! Finally our house is dried out and ready to have repairs made. The contractor we contacted was very pleased with how well everything was dried out, allowing repair work to proceed. "KJS showed up about 30 minutes after we called them and went right to work putting up air-movers and a huge dehumidifier. They removed the carpet padding that was soaked and checked for any additional damage that could have been caused by the water. Three days later they removed the drying equipment and returned a week after that to do the carpet repair and cleaning. They were always professional and easy to reach in case of questions. KJS was conscientious enough to recommend not getting the carpet fixed and cleaned on an extremely rainy day because they said it would take a long time to dry. I appreciated their concern. The carpet looks/smells great and there is no hint of mold in the basement. I would call them again without hesitation if needed."

"I spoke with the owner (Gregg) on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning.  They call 30 minutes ahead and arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time.  Reggie and John were very professional, informative and courteous.  They moved pieces of furniture in order to clean the entire space in each room.  I didn't expect that.  Reggie and John viewed the areas and made recommendations with regards to the areas that should be pre-treated.  Then off to work they went.  They were very thorough and did not rush at all.  I rarely heard them speak while they worked.  Both were very professional and polite.  They did an outstanding job.  I had a room with several large stained areas.  After they were done it looked brand new.  Reggie told me if any of the stains reappeared to give them a call and they would come back for a do over.  After it completely dried I did notice a tiny area but I plan to have them back in a few weeks to clean my upstairs areas so they can do a quick touch up then.  This is a company that I would definitely recommend to anyone.
