"This fence product was unfamiliar to the contractor.  He worked with us and Certainteed for a couple of months to ensure a proper installation.  My husband had researched fences and found this manufacturer to be the very best on the market.  Michael was very patient about getting information from both my husband and Certainteed.  The crew who installed the fence were very nice and professional.  We have other construction going on also.  There is a lot of mud.  I would recommend not installing a fence after a rain when there is mud everywhere! <br />"

Lorenzo and his crew have installed basic post and rail fencing, board-on-board, board-on-board with an 18" decorative lattice topper.... and finally we entrusted them to create a decorative lattice double gate utility hideaway visible off of our main entertaining deck. Everything has turned out so well! All projects were completed quickly and perfectly. In all the years, there has only been a single board that started to warp - but Lorenzo had it fixed within 24 hours of my call. We have been so impressed with how straight the sections are, and how well the fence has survived winters without any frost heave. "I did a competition on replacing our basement door, reviewing both the solution for a Signet Door and including price installed. After reviewing several solutions from several top rated companies, we decided that On the Level Contracting (OTL) (Peter Psihas) had the best solution for the outside trim with a 12 9/16” Frame Depth. I than went to the 3 lowest bidders (including OTL) with the final configuration to ensure everyone was bidding on the same configuration. After receiving the 3 final bids from top rated companies, OTL had the lowest price. After Peter ordered the door from ProVia, Peter provided me the estimated date he would be receiving the door from Provia. When the door was received Peter notified me and worked with me to schedule the installation date based upon our availability. The installation team from OTL arrived in the schedule time, verified they had the correct door prior to starting the work and did an excellent job installing the replacement door. Peter can to our house prior to the job being completed to ensure I was satisfied and went over the warranty information. Prior to signing the final contract, I talked to Peter about providing the Aluminum and replacing the Aluminum Capping to the side of the garage door that was dented. Peter and his father (George) replaced the capping matching the bends exactly to the top and the other side. I highly recommend using OTL.!!!"
