I had major work done (Had two bathrooms renovated completely (remove a bathtub and extend the shower and make a closet in one of them), tear out the hard wood floors and polish the concrete, paint the kitchen cabinets and install a backsplash and put in new carpeting in the bedrooms and paint the whole place. Baltic Construction, was founded in South Orange County, California, in 1989 by Boris Hoffman, who was born and raised in Lithuania. He earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology from the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) in Vilnius, Lithuania. He immigrated to California in 1986 and started working in the construction industry there that year.
