They did an exceptional job on siding over a dog door hole, installing trim, and painting my house; price was fair; completed the job in only a few days; and cleaned up the job sight when project finished. It has been a year since they painted my house and the paint has held up and still looks amazing. As a woman I believe it’s important to add I was treated with respect from start to finished. No one treated me like an idiot. Other contractors in the area I received quotes talked down to me and one even tried to convince me I needed new siding when my siding was fine. "I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
