"The plumber arrived on time, assessed the work to be done and the setting, and provided us with an estimate for five separate options. He thought he needed help, but no one was available from his company. So he went out to the plumbing supply store to pick up supplies we had not provided (we had purchased all of the replacement faucets, and two of the four shutoff valves).
