"Ace Appliance was very professional, start to finish. Claudia was professional in reserving our appointment and was able to get a technician out within a day. They assigned a 4 hour window for our service. However, they have a text system that alert us when Albert was en route which makes it very efficient for me to plan my time. Albert was here on-time and was courteous. He seemed to be very familiar with our refrigerator. In the past, we've had technicians who seemed a bit stumped as we have an LG. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it onsite (involved having to unload the freezer and clean out the ice as the fan access was inside in the back of the freezer). He left the work area clean and was out within about 45 minutes. I also got a text with my receipt, Alberts picture, and all the details of the job. Very professional and I would definitely use Ace again."

"tMy first contact with Universal Appliance Service was by telephone.  At that point I told them I had a Bosch stackable washer and dryer set.  After that conversation, our communication switched to email.  In a email I gave them the model number and serial number of the washing machine .  I took time off work to be home for their visit.  Unfortunately they only sent one guy when they need two to deal with the stackable set.  So I wasted my time off work and we had to reschedule  for another day.  That why they are getting a B rating.  <br /> When they returned the work was completed in a timely manner,  they cleaned by after themselves and everything was fine.  Price for the parts and labour was on the high end of normal but competitive . In other words, he price was acceptable. <br /> if you have stackables, you must make sure they are bringing a two man crew or you waste will time off work like i did. <br /> <br />"

"Overall wonderful experience. I called on Tuesday, August 13th and asked when they would be able to come out. They weren't available until Monday the 19th, but the only other place I called quoted me a price that was 4 times what Taylor's had told me, so I decided to sit tight. They called earlier in the week to verify the address I had given and to confirm the date. I wasn't given a time window, so at ten o'clock today I called and asked if they had an idea when the service technician would be coming out. They told me the technician had us scheduled from 12-3. At 12:05 Taylor's called and let us know that the technician was on the way. He was at our house within 25 minutes. Chad was an awesome technician. He told us what was going on and didn't pressure sales of unnecessary parts or service. He even tuned our 2-year-old's guitar before he left :-) <br /> We will definitely call Taylor's in the future. <br />"
