Carlos and Marco kept me informed along the way. I was amazed at what it takes to do a job like this. I had no idea. It took six people two days to complete everything, including hand digging to install a drainage pipe off one of my roof gutters that was dumping rainwater into my basement. After it was all installed, my lawn was smooth and even. You could hardly tell that it had been “gophered up” to install all this apparatus. Dan and Marcos helped me set up the control panel and made it easy for me to understand how to make adjustments. Now instead of getting up every morning next summer to move sprinklers around, I can sleep in. This should have been priority one 16 years ago. I’m just glad I decided to do it now and especially pleased that I chose R&R Irrigation to handle the work. By the way, my landscaper told me that a neighbor up the street had just installed a sprinkler system but the code enforcement officer made the company pull it all up because the lines were not planted deep enough. Then my neighbor had to argue with the irrigation company. This is hard, complicated work. If you are going to do it, do your homework on the company you select. I am happy I did."

"I have hired Tanzer Sprinklers for 2 jobs now. Their service is excellent. On the first job the salesman came out and had all the literature pertaining to the products he was going to install. The prices were very competitive. I had 3 estimates done. Tanzer was not the cheapest, however they were giving me the best equipment. When I asked other estimates for the exact same setup/equipment, they couldn't do better. The installation team is also excellent. They took care of my property and I got to watch them use advanced equipment for the first system install, and for the second install on our new home they had to dig trenches by hand in the rain. They did it like the pros they are. Very happy with both jobs they did and I would highly recommend them."

"Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."

"The work was fantastic! Craig's team did the entire job in about 3 weeks time and there was a lot to do. We regraded our backyard as it has dips and valleys that caused large pools of water to form. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the work turned out. We love our backyard!"
