The project included removing all existing landscaping, laying new pavers for a patio & walkway, building a pavilion from a kit we had purchased, installing yard and walkway lights, new irrigation, installing some artificial turf and planting all new plants. V&M did a fantastic job. Oscar & his team were here everyday at 8:00 a.m. and had everything cleaned up at 4:00 p.m. Veronica was available to quickly answer all questions I had. "I hired LEAL Landscape to install front yard irrigation, replace several sprinkler valves, creat walkway border/add black polished rocks and add black mulch. At the outset, Rudy presented himself as professional and punctual. However, once the project began, it became clear that he was cutting corners while charging the maximum amount for the work. Within just a couple of weeks, nearly all the sprinkler valves he installed or replaced began leaking. Instead of replacing the entire valve assembly, he installed inexpensive plastic sprinkler valves onto the OLD existing brass anti siphon bodies. This improper combination caused leaks at the connection points between the plastic valves and the brass anti siphon units. Additionally, Rudy significantly chipped the exterior stucco wall in order to force fit an oversized plastic valve, leaving visible damage to the property. One of the valves developed a severe leak over a weekend, forcing me to shut off water to the entire house. I immediate"
