He was not inexpensive, but after I saw the process, the time and amount of effort involved and his commitment to delivering a superior result, I thought it was absolutely worth every dollar. Also, while the work could be messy, Alejandros took great care to protect the cabinetry and fixtures and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly every day. We had one carpet area in family room somewhat heavily soiled from traffic running from garage to kitchen and had deep cleaning for that section. Other areas had light cleaning. They were friendly and efficient in getting the work done. They also gave us realistic expectations of what lighter colored carpets would look like after the cleaning. We were given shoe covers so that we could still walk over the wet areas until they dried. They did a great job!"

"Thank goodness that my wife found Roy's Builders. We knew for over a decade that our 11x17' builder's grade kitchen, which was original to our 1970 home, was in dire need of a complete remodel. For our remodel, we needed someone that could look at our family needs and flow a solution into our space. When we first met Roy we could tell that he and his staff took a much more professional top down approach to orchestrating a complete kitchen replacement. Our remodel began with a design consultation to figure what we needed. Then a measurement and walk through of our existing space. Then we received valuable assistance from Roy with layout and material selection. He looked at our house, asked us about our design feelings and then helped us produce a kitchen design that would physically, functionally and stylistically fit with the rest of our home. The next step is execution. Here is where Roy's team worked flawlessly to make our 3 month long remodel finish 2 weeks ahead of schedule and on budget [appliance and plumbing suppliers, tile and stone suppliers, and countertop fabricators]. We replaced and re-size 2 windows, and perform quite a bit of electrical and tile work to make our dream kitchen come true. The end result is a simply fabulous. Our friends and neighbors could not believe the transformation."

"We contacted Eddie to cut and install our stone countertops. He was able to do it quicker and at a better price than our other options, so going with him made sense in that respect. We were very pleased with the results! He suggested adding a waterfall to the end of the counter top and even made a little cutting board from some of the extra pieces as a gift for my wife! His precision was excellent. We wanted the counter top to land in the middle of the top of the sink (picture below) and he was able to do it. He also came back to shave off a bit of the stone when the stove wouldn't fit in its slot. His communication was quick and he had good suggestions on how to improve our ideas. I went over to his shop so I could participate in the templating so I could pick the best pieces of the stone. He gladly accommodated this and took time to explain the different types of edge cuts. Very highly recommended! We will be working with him if we do any other stone cutting for our home."
