"King Quality Construction is exactly what they are. Very professional. EASY TO WORK WITH AND KIND. Whenever we need additional work on our home that can be done by King Qaulity Construction, they will be called. This time it was replacing shingles and improper work done by the original roofer. They did the moss removal and gutters cleaning. We had neighbor next to us also checked if they had time to check their roof and get a bid on gutter replacements. I recommend giving them a call. VELDA AND STAN WILSON."

"Got an estimate beginning of may. 8 weeks later after putting half down his crew showed up late. First Shay decided I needed more work. An extra $3k was approximated and I asked for estimate emailed. Estimate was $9k more. I rejected the change 4 separate communications and monday morning his crew showed up late tearing up the roof for additional work. I called Shay and stated I rejected change and he told me I must pay extra to restore the roof or he pulls the crew with roof open. Finally rew gets tge roof done after a progress payment was made using my debit leaving $2k left. I went to buy a cashier check for PAID IN FULL final payment and found 1st Choice had gone ahead without my authorization. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I cannot stress this enough! I have never had a contractor curse me out!!!"

Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."
