"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

He listened to what I needed done (interior painting and repair of wall damage my tenants left me with), he shot video of the rooms for his own reference in order to prepare the quote, and he made helpful suggestions I didn't even consider (semi-gloss on the trim, and how to handle painted speaker covers). I was so grateful for his willingness to work with my tight schedule, even when I had to add one more room to the work order after discovering more tenant damage there (holes and wall anchors). "I was recently seeking a contractor on Angi for an urgent interior paint project at my home with quick turnaround time. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. When I posted the request on Angi, Eugene from Honeycomb Construction called me within a minute after posting (Wow!). I explained my situation (baby on the way/arriving in weeks, nesting) and project details, and Eugene stopped by the same day to get a good look at room needing paint + repairs. Eugene was able to meet my familyâ s needs to get this room ready within one week. Although the estimated job timeline slid out by one day due to factors out of Eugeneâ s control (cold room on the basement floor, so paint takes longer to dry between coats), he did an excellent job with all the promised work: the paints of coat were even and full, the lines between the two colors of paint were crisp and clean, and the baseboard trim was looking sharp! Eugene does great work, heâ s really responsive and communicative throughout the process, heâ s really professional, and he is very kind. "I had a tight timetable and called several cleaning services from Angies List. Joe was the first to call back and shortly after everyone else also called, I contacted him February 9thand told him of my schedule. He did a little checking and said the 10th would work. He came out the next day at 8:30. Made introductions and very brief small talk. He did mention that removing spots in heavily trafficked areas would be difficult if not impossible in some cases. I think that goes with the territory but I understand his need to say it. He had his son with him and immediately went to work. To say Joe is efficient is an understatement. I went out to check on progress at 8:50 and he was almost finished . Just to clarify it is a big room with easy maneuverability so he didn't have a lot of obstacles to contend with. Nonetheless he works quick and his record speaks for itself. I examined the room after it dried and it looked clean to me and nobody knows your carpets like the owner does."

"The crew did a tremendous job completing the trim install and paint. Despite some curve balls I threw (last minute changes to sheetn type, schedule change etc.), Ali, Alex and the crew handled it better than expected (believe me, I had numerous contractors over the years, but these guys handled it better than any I've hired in the past). The paint work also included small patchwork and significant trim (baseboards, window casings, and door/window trim). The crew had to deal walls that were not straight, and they did so nicely and timely. The work was astonishing, better than my old iphone reveals in the attached pics (this is an honest review; before this job, I have never met any of Orange paint crew or owner and I was not encouraged to give good review). After I paid the bill (very reasonable) I expressed to Alex my desire to hire Orange for a further three rooms in my home in the near future."
