"Norberto and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They removed a huge damaged tree for us, to the point of allowing the 6 ft trunk remaining to hopefully revive and regrow in the spring. Well done, and very challenging work. They also installed an intricate and elaborate drainage for a new lawn to replace an existing drainage system put in by another contract which only resulted in a dead lawn that had been overcome with an even worse water problem. I was very specific about what I wanted for a final result (dog hardy grass blend, easy to use irrigation system, remove old damaged soil and grass and replace / amend with healthy soil) and am very engaged in any contractor-run project. Norberto was able to provide reasonable options, discuss pros/cons, and what the maintenance requirements would be long term. Once started, the project moved along - he was an excellent project manager. I would check progress and he was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. Any course corrections were made immediately. He is also providing follow-up to ensure the lawn comes in as planned and the irrigation system is functioning as designed. They were very carefully to keep the work area clean and ensured the gates remained closed so my dogs were not able to escape or get into the new lawn area.
