"These guys were great, and the owner, Jo Estrada, a pleasure to work with. A crew of 5 spent 5 hours cleaning, inspecting, and replacing insulation and vapor shield in our crawl space. They took pictures of everything, before and after. THe crew was pleasant, and worked really hard.... couldn't believe how much stuff they removed from under there. The crawl space is tight, but they didn't complain (at least to us!). They gave us good recommendations for some repairs needed for the foundation. All for a most reasonable price, compared to other estimates. They deserve every star they can get!"

We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. "We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
