"I have a total of 3 bids from three siding companies. I chose Surgey because he had all the credentials and reviews online. He did the work very quickly and with high-quality. Will definitely hire him again or a future projects! Thank you Surgey"

"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend and hire Side Pro again for any siding, roofing or painting that I need done in the future."

"The home looks new and craftsmanship was great. The thing that stood out for us was the customer service and crew that worked on our home. The office staff were very response during the bidding process and through the project. I was emailed a response in less than 24 hours for every question I had, and I never felt like I couldn't ask even small detail questions. The crew on site were professional, showed up every morning at 8am six days a week until the project was completed which differed from other contractors we have had that often were working multiple parallel jobs and weren't consistent. The crew was extremely friendly even my neighbors commented that they thought the crew was great. The project manager was always super helpful. We had several discovered work items and things I wanted to tweak. Perdue Builders always said yes and didn't make me feel like I was annoying them with the change requests or when I asked about fine details. I also appreciated that the crew took care of all the details such as reattaching new lights, accessories, painting to few areas that weren't replaced to match so that there wasn't follow up work for me to do. Overall great value, team, and love the results."

"Got my gutters installed. Great communication. Job well done. Will hire again for other projects soon."

"After meeting with Amit about replacing our old deck, he promptly measured it, gave us a bid, created a timeline and started work. His crew was focused, hard working and knowledgeable. When we wanted to modify the project, he listened and did it well. We are so impressed by the high quality of workmanship and love our new deck!"

"I couldn’t be more impressed with the expediency, professionalism, and workmanship of Heartwood Home Exteriors. It only took 10 working days to replace the old siding on our house with minimal disruption and maximum cleanliness. Everyone we spoke with at the company was helpful and courteous every step of the way. Now that we’re finished with the project, we’re so pleased with the results that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend or anyone who needs help with a similar project. Thanks Heartwood!"

"I found Rain City Exteriors through James Hardie website and requested an estimate. We wanted to re-sheet the house, replace our sidings with new fiber cement sidings, have the siding painted, and install new gutters, a new front door and few windows. Their price was affordable, beating major competitors like Home Depot and Lowes. We decided to go with them since they had top rated reviews, were a local company (from Kirkland, Wa) and they had their own crews (with clean back ground checks). Make it short, they started the project right on time, and finished it on time on budget. Not only they did not cut corners, they did extra work for us like replacing the rotten fascia. Everyone that we worked with or talked to was very polite and professional, including Jose (owner), Guillermo (sales person) and the crew. I very happy with the project outcome, thanks to Rain City Exteriors…"

"Dan and his crew with Sustainable Builders went above and beyond across a large variety of projects to help prepare a cabin property on Camano Island for short-term rental. ALL of the work was done to a high bar with high-quality materials at prices that were competitive or below what was quoted by other vendors. I appreciated that they were willing to tackle everything from the big projects I needed done to smaller fit & finish work that some vendors might turn away. Some of the most valuable work included: building an extension to a deck and engineering support that would allow it to hold a hot tub, a full stain and re-paint of a large deck and all railings, designing and installing a beautiful custom wall-mounted murphy table, helping install railings and accessibility features throughout the cabin, and helping rehabilitate and beautify the land. Fast and thorough communicators with great prices. I would trust this team with any and all construction and handyman work I need."

"We wanted to widen a breakfast bar that had always been too narrow. It was tile previously, but Kenny suggested butcher block. He was very careful in his work and finished completely in the time he had estimated. We are very pleased with the finished product. Before and after photos are included."
