Chris was a very hard worker and did a thorough and excellent job. The price was very good and we are happy with the new system."

"It went great, Bret showed up as scheduled. I had to leave before he arrived, my wife was there and after he discovered the problem, he was able to explain what he found and what needed to done and the price. Bret went beyond just addressing the issue we called him about, but pointed out the other values while they are working they are the same age as the one that failed and they could last a while longer or fail next week, he explained the cost if he replaced the extra values today, but again it is up to us. While he was working on zone 4, he found 2 sprinkler heads we did not know existed. He adjusted all the sprinkler heads, a few of the spray nozzle heads needed to be replaced, in order to cover the complete zone 4 area of the lawn. We felt he went above and beyond what we expected. From the time Bret arrived my wife felt at ease with him being there and working outside without me being there and not needing to check on him. When we have had work done prior to Bret, we were a little nervous and unsure if the contractors were being honest. If needed in the future, we would give Bret the code to get into the garage / house, to do work while we are away. We have some work on the sprinkler system in the backyard that needs to be done and we will call Bret and no one else. His prices are very fair, I would not ask for an estimate before asking him to get started, that is how much faith and trust I have in him."

We had several steps involved in putting down new sod , (Provista),removing the old lawn, prepping the lawn and sprinkler system, delivery of new sod. "Excellent customer service. Excellent design layouts using an app to display different landscaping techniques and plants. Also good with irrigation and sprinklers. Overall, they are excellent in their delivery and the end product. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new landscaping scenario at their homes or offices. I’m having problems uploading a photo as it says that it is too large. I guess they have restraints on the limit/size of photos being loaded."

"Steven came over on a Saturday afternoon to provide an estimate on turf removal and landscaping of our front yard. He emailed a detailed quote the following morning which, thankfully, met our budget. California Palms Landscaping was one of six companies (I know it was a lot) that I asked to provide us with estimates for our yard. After each company arrived, I usually had a good idea whether I could work with them. And if it was a â maybeâ , I emailed a quick question to await a response. Stevenâ s quote was comparable to one other companyâ s quote; however, I appreciated that Steven was extremely easy to communicate with and he answered all my questions rather quickly via email or phone call. The other company was a little too pushy for business which made me a little uneasy. I had asked about several revisions to be made to our contract for which he was very understanding. Steven and his employees were professional and courteous onsite. They removed the lawn and vegetation; and replaced it with mulch and decomposed granite pathways delineated with benderboard. The intention was to create a blank slate so that I could later plant a garden composed of California native plants. I appreciate the hard work he and his employees put in the 3+ days of the project to create a beautiful front yard which we will enjoy in the coming seasons. Steven emailed the receipt the following day with, as promised, recommended locations to purchase plants and additional materials.
