They told us the truth about our roof (that it was in pretty good condition and would likely last several more years), whereas another company tried hard to push us to replace it immediately. Also, their bid was about a quarter of the other bid we received! We really appreciated that they fit our repair in so quickly. And also that everyone was safe and respected COVID protocols - they all wore masks and distanced, even when outside, which made us feel really comfortable.
