On my project, Dan was not only my concrete expert, but also my excavator, my exterior designer, and my mentor in how to shape my outdoor paradise, ensuring every aspect was done with intention. "The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

"Bruce and his team were incredibly professional and through with the work. They went above and beyond our needs. Not only did we have them install laminate wood flooring throughout our main level, we also had them install drainage and landscape our back yard and install a concrete patio. We also had them fix our front hose spigot and repair a broken pipe, and repair the gas line for our fireplace. The work was beautifully done all around. They are perfectionists in their trade and did more than we asked. Kisdir Group stands by their work and returned to make adjustments after our inspection, all minor cosmetic adjustments and they were happy to complete the task to their high standard. Bruce is a straight shooter. There are no hidden fees. No loopholes. He tells you what he is going to do and does it. I never had to worry, nor did I have to babysit them during their work. They completed their work on time and on budget. In addition Bruce and his team have become friends of ours. Just great guys who love what they do and care about their work. It shows in their professionalism. I have had many handymen and contractors in our house over our 16 years living here and all of them either over charged or left a job not done properly. Bruce and his team were top of the line and set a new standard. So good was their work that our neighbors saw the results in our back yard and immediately asked them for a card to contact them at a later date, and I hope they do. They will be our go to team for as long as we live here and I refer them to anybody and everybody who needs work done. You are foolish if you choose anybody else to work on your home inside or out. "A year ago, I had estimates for this project and was unable to complete the project due to personal reasons.   I was on Angie's List in the Spring looking for something else and decided to re-visit this project.  The contractor I was going to use had several reviews stating how expensive the estimates were.  I saw some positive reviews for Carrero & Sons and gave them a call.  They promptly returned my call and were out to give me an estimate a few days later.  Mike, Jr. asked if I was looking for stamped concrete but based on my prior estimates stamped was not in the budget.  Mike explained that stamped is their specialty and they had all the templates and could be very competitive in this area.  In the end, I paid over $1800 less than my estimates from last year for a mix of stamped and white concrete. 

Rain in the spring led to the job being delayed but I received proactive calls to keep me informed as to where I was on the schedule.  This is one of the few times I have had someone call me before I called them!  Once we got started, again weather was a factor, but the communication was great and I always knew what to expect.  The finsihed results are wider, safer stamped steps and walkways, a new walkway to my houes, the replacement of a broken concrete walkway that now connects to a patio in the backyard.  All of this work was stamped.  They also replaced the driveway with white concrete.  Everything looks great.  They recycled some flagstones that were sunken and created a path for me and even cam back and replaced the wooden steps onto my patio that had seen better days.  I have gotten so many compliments, even envy from my neighbor who right before my project started replaced his driveway and was not thrilled with the finished result.  My drveiway is now proerply graded with water flowing away from the house and everything else looks lovely.  I highly recommend this company, a really nice family business that really cares about satisfying customers and doing quality work.  I would absolutely reommend Carrero & Sons and would use them again."

(we are installing a truck lift) so wanted concrete to handle heavy duty usage."

"I purchased a big deal through angies list for 100 sq feet of new concrete. The owner of the company contacted me within a day. He came out to look at what I wanted within another day. I had a 10x10 section of my driveway that was cracked and sinking. He told me it would be no problem. We waited for the weather to break before scheduling a day and time. I was contacted on April 1st and they came promptly at 8am on April 2nd. The work was done very professionally. They took great care at not damaging any other sections of my driveway. The work was completed and looks great. They even repaired a section of hardscaping I had that was sinking. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work and I look forward to working with them in the future."
