"One thing is my service never got done until the first week of July because we had rain all of June and it was supposed to be done then but they could not set the cement and have the posts stay upright. But they did measure my area to find out how much fencing I needed. I cannot blame them because of the weather conditions. They did not ask it to rain so much.|When July came they came out and set post. There were two men that came out both did a real good job. My dogs are real happy because they have a fenced in backyard and can run free. They were here at least half a day. I would use them again."

"Built according to contract. Used wolmanized lumber and PVC standards for the support attached to 4x4 blocks of wood. Used 2x6 joist (better than 2x4) with 2x5 side skirting to keep out animals from underneath. Platform used OSB and then trimmed it off with a strip of painted aluminum to protect the edges of the OSB from weathering. The entire was leveled. <br /> Overall, nice job. I would use them again. <br />"

"Tim came out several times to meet the tree trimmers, to review things with me, to set posts, etc. there were some delays due to weather, but the fence was put in and looks good. Mid project I had changed the location of a gate and tim took care of it. I also decided after the fence was put it in that I needed another gate. "Windows were ordered but took a little longer than estimated to arrive.  Then they were short one window.   Installed the others in two visits and installed the final window when it arrived.  Aside from the fact that there were some minor winter weather related delays,  it was good.  The installer was excellent, friendly as well as efficient.  Courteous to family members and considerate about the potential heat loss from the window being removed.  I was impressed with how extremely accurate the measurements were to fit the windows.   The delay in finishing all the windows because of the order error played to our personal advantage.  We were able to make the pmt from our savings on the balance due.  The house is much warmer and quieter.  Wish we had done this years ago. <br />    The only less than good item was staying in contact with the company/contractor.  I accidentally deleted the contractor's phone number, so I ended up sending 3 emails to their web site before they responded and he called back over a week later.  Then I had to email them again asking when they wanted their final pmt.  It was still 2 weeks before he picked it up.   Not sure why they didn't want it mailed.  We didn't make the final pmt till almost a month after the completion.  It didn't effect me but seemed peculiar. <br />"

"Even though our issue was not urgent (clogged downspout), I called one afternoon and the work was completed within 24 hours.  My message was promptly conveyed regarding my request and I received a call back within minutes. The work was set up the next day and was done very efficiently. We asked that one downspout in the back be checked, and the second was checked without asking. When we did ask if he would be willing to check the front, he graciously agreed. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and cooperative. We would not hesitate to call again if future need arose."
