"I was on the phone 5-6 times a day between the insurance company, and attempting to find contractors that were not full up. Steve (Rochester Environmentals), took the load off my my hands and within days had the project quotes finished and ready for Mike and myself (Mary) to send to insurance agent. We had a roof leak that had started coming into the kitchen, and from that point Mike from Paradigm took over so the asbestos could not contaminate the rest of the house.
