They did a terrific job in blending the new with the old. Bryan and his partner started on time and finished on time. They were professional and friendly on the job site. Bryan’s partner and I had a discussion of which of the 2 had the harder job and Bryan lost lol. We went out of town before they started the varnishing to avoid the smell. When we came back the job was done, the areas cleaned and it look terrific. They even added a few trim boards to our entryway that was not planned but really gave it a finished look. Nothing was gone or anything, that was fine but it didn't really seem like it was very clean. I would say one thing, they did offer to re-do it and I said, "never mind" so they were responsive in that aspect."

"I had a very good experience with Rochester Hardwood. Donna came out to give me an estimate and I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I had a total of five companies giving me estimates and I felt the most comfortable with Rochester Hardwood. They were not the cheapest but I felt that they were well worth it. The work took three days and a different crew came out each day. Everyone I met was courteous and did great work. I had had water damage from the pet's water bowls and the floor under the table was very worn. My floor look amazing now, just like new! And it really is dustless! I would recommend this company to anyone and I definitely would hire them again."

"They did a fantastic job. They took pictures of the damage for our insurance company. They told us how they would go about cleaning and disinfecting the damage. They worked most of the night so that we could be operational in the morning. The rooms were very clean in the morning, the smell was gone, and their dehumidifiers and machines were drying out the damage. Jim came in to discuss the next steps. They referred us to a contractor who came to the center that morning and gave us an estimate right away. The contractor was fantastic also. They did a wonderful job. I was extremely pleased with the service we received. Our insurance company was happy that Jim used the same formula for calculating the damage that they use also."
