"We recently had Coopertown Services out to our house to do a routine chimney sweep to get ready for this winter. We moved into the house a few years ago and had not had the inside of the chimney inspected or cleaned before now. (I figured the home inspector had inspected the inside of the chimney, but he had not - he only inspected the outside.) Coopertown was able to point out some serious safety issues inside of our chimney that were causing smoke and other gasses to leak into the house and water to leak through the chimney. We contracted them to complete all of the suggested repairs and are thoroughly impressed with their work. They covered everything in tarps and were very thorough in their cleanup. The inside of the chimney looks great now and is all sealed up from the firebox through the new top sealing damper. I highly recommend you call Coopertown for any chimney or fireplace needs."

Workers were always here when they were scheduled and worked quietly and efficiently until the job was finished. We were afraid the job would be dirty, particularly inside because such extensive replacement had to be done. "From my initial contact with Will all went extremely well. After checking with the shingle manufacturer of my existing shingles, I found that I had faulty shingles and had to go through the process of filing a claim with the manufacturer. This put a major kink in planning for a new roof, but Will and the Excellent Roofing crew were not impatient and were very helpful. Finally, the time came for a new roof. I was provided with a detailed list of what would be done, except for what might need to be repaired under the existing roof. I was, however, given a detailed list of the cost of possible repairs to the decking. The crew arrived at the scheduled date and time and began its work. The machinery used was remarkable--NOT two men and a wheelbarrow! State of the art machines were used to collect the debris as it was removed from the roof. There was absolutely no mess, and my newly landscaped foundation plantings were not disturbed. Will provided us with estimates of several shingle types as well as additional guarantees and options we could select or reject. We decided to use a designer shingle that was was a couple of steps up from the basic roof and to include several upgrades for ice and leak protection as well as warranty extensiosn. (We have been plagued by leak problems for years.) The new roof was installed, and it is beautiful. We could not be happier with the result. The product and the workmanship are, as the name says, Excellent Roofing!"

"We needed a new roof and we  were unsure if we wanted a tear off and new roof or just another layer over our old roof.  Roger came out and did measurements and explained the way Superior Roofing would perform the work. Roger and Sanford (owner) came back out with a detailed estimate and more explanations.  They gave us estimates on both tear off with a totally new roof or just another layer on the roof we already had. While obviously just another layer would have been less expense we decided to go with a tear off and completely new roof.  We had gotten estimates from three companies and decided to go with Superior Roofing for several reasons:  1.  Their products seemed to be superior; 2.  Roger was impressive and easy to work with; 3.  the owner took the time to come out and explain the estimate with Roger.  When they came to start the tear off they went into our attic and covered everything up there to avoid the dirt, etc. that was going to fall into the attic.  (From other reviews I've read this apparently is a big deal and most rely on the home owner to take care of covering things and cleaning up afterward.)  They showed up when they said they would, completed the work as described and cleaned up afterwards.  There were a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed after completion of our new roof (i.e. leaf guards replaced on the gutters, etc.) and Superior Roofing was quick to come back out and respond to what needed to be done.  Overall a good experience. <br />"
