"Over the phone, they took down the serial numbers for my appliances so they could look for the parts. At first Otto said he didn't want to buy the part for my oven because if it turned out not to be the problem, they wouldn't be able to return it. I let him know that I would like the oven to be repaired as quickly as possible. When he came out to the house, he said he decided to go ahead and purchase the part anyway as he was pretty confident that was the problem. He was correct and so the problem was fixed that day.
