They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. I was concerned about higher rates on a Sunday, but Dennis told me that Michigan Plumbing does not charge extra for weekends. Dennis was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent time checking all of the bathrooms and drains and after flushing two other toilets further down the drain run was able to clear up a blockage which was causing an air pocket. He saved us from what could have been an expensive repair. He didn't charge us for his time. I am very impressed by his honesty and his skills.
