"I highly recommend this business. They showed up on time, very professional and had the flooring laid that day. We are an eighty year old couple and they went above and beyond for us. They moved a lot of the heavier furniture that we could not and said it was no problem, they even laid flooring in the entry way, which they were not expecting to do but I asked them when they arrived if they had time could they possibly lay the flooring by my front door. They worked hard all day and laid the flooring by my door, even though they were not expecting to have to do so, I cannot recommend them enough! They did a wonderful job!! The floor looks awesome!"

I did not hear from anyone so after 3 days I called but no one returned my call. Called back again a week later to cancel the order. Left a long message stating I did not want to cancel the order but was concerned because no one returned my calls. Finally, received a call from a regional manager. He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. The shower door came a week later. I have had the shower for over a month. It is beautiful. I love it. Quality work. I would highly recommend Premier Home Pros."

Joe was an excellent communicator and would often reach out to us with a plan and timeline without us even needing to ask- we always new what the plan was and if we were on schedule (which they always were). He and his team kept their workspace impeccably clean every day - including daily haul away of materials/garbage from the job. Our basement is exactly as I envisioned and the quality of work was top notch. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
