He then gave me an estimate to fix my leak and resurface my tub and my sink. He and Fabian did an amazing job on both. They are great guys and just wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. "Very pleased. Dennis arrived exactly at 9:30am as scheduled. Our carpet is 17 years old and we are preparing to put the house up for sale. He ran into problems with stretching as the carpet would not pull up next to the tile. They did the best they could and it does look better. All rooms were cleaned and make the carpet look 10 years younger. Dennis needs to fix the oil leak on his truck as it leaked oil on my concrete driveway. My big complaint is that he wore an IU cap into a house owned by Purdue graduates. In spite of that, I would hire again if we were staying in the area."

He explained everything to me so I was aware of the problems that I had with my shower and he gave me suggestions on what would work for me. He was professional and continued to work until he was finished.  <br /> I plan to have him come back in a few months to do my ceramic entry way and fireplace bricks and ceramic hearth. <br /> I was very pleased with the completion of the job. My shower and bathroom floor look better now than it did when I originally had it put in. <br /> I would recommend him to eveyone that needs hard surface cleaning in their home. It really works. "Making the appointment was a pleasant with the lady on the phone.  The person arrived on time.  Cleaned all my rooms and was very nice and took time to get some stains out by going over the spot over and over again until the soil loosened up and came out. <br /> I would see about having my chairs done next time along with my carpet since there is a minimum charge. <br />"

"This entire process was easy and smooth with excellent results.  The girl that took my initial call was very nice and based on my room size information told me the price was even less than I expected.  We scheduled the appointment at my convenience and the truck arrived right on time.  Per instructions I had already removed knick-knacks and small tables etc., but the two guys moved the furniture, pretreated spots, cleaned the carpet and put the furniture back exactly where it had been (on foam blocks or plastic squares to protect the legs).  They provided me with plastic booties to wear while the carpet dried (about 24 hours).  They were polite and professional and were done in about 45 minutes.   My carpet looks GREAT!  (And it is over 10 years old). <br />"
