My shower drain needed to be replaced to accommodate the leak proof system. Mike sent out plumber Louise to break open the concrete floor and install the new drain. Louise was professional, efficient, timely, did a wonderful job in 1 1/2 hours. Excellent! Then Mike sent out Juan to do the install of the leak proof pan system, It included liner, interface to drain, forming a shower basin over the membrane. When finished professionally by Juan, you can't go wrong! It turned out professional, everything slopes to the drain. I can do tiling myself. It was beautiful! "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"Jeff does a great job designing the features. His showroom in Fort Myers really helps, as he can put together all of the tiles, granite colors, cupboard wood choices, etc. so that you can really put together a spectacular home - right out of a home and garden magazine. He has worked with his main contractor for over ten years, Mike is very detail oriented and does a great job. He does under-estimate the time needed for some jobs, but he was willing to work long hours to meet our deadline. We opened up our kitchen wall and moved the washer dryer location down, this involved moving plumbing and electricity. We re-tiled the foyer, office, bathroom and kitchen.  Completely gutted the bathrooms and kitchen, added tiled shower in master bath and tiled tub area in the guest bath, new counters, cabinets in the kitchen.  We got 5 bids, Jeff was not the cheapest, right in the middle, but I don't think we could have gotten a better job done."
