I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. "We had a few lapses in communication at the beginning, but once we were able to get the job estimate and agreement he was very quick to finish the job.  He asked if we would like him to take care of finding someone to take the old fence, which was fine with us.  Appreciate that he recycles and doesn't just throw it in the dump.  Was nice to have it hauled away and not have to worry about it.  He and another helper worked on the project for 2 days.  We are pleased with the final project, fence looks nice and seems to be solid.  Terry was pleasant and easy to work with.  <br />"
