He was thorough took lots of pics and found things I hadn't noticed. He found some wind damage which was a plus as we were able to have our insurance company cover most of costs to install new roof. They put us on their schedule,, showed up bright and early stripped off old shingles, paper and installed all new product and were done the same day (guessing 3200 sq ft).
