I had the other company come out 6-7 times and i was told its just the brand of door and it was normal but I knew it was not normal to make that much noise. I called Thunder Mountain they came out the next day, the door guy was so polite and they adjusted the rails, springs and lubed the door and now its so quiet and smooth. I tell everyone I can about these guys."

"It went great. The overall quality of the work was top notch & the craftsmen were courteous &professional. The shower area had some issues with the tile work & I called them out a couple times to review the situation with a quick fix, but after several months it was clear the underlying structure under the tile was causing the problem. Jonathon came back out warrantied the work and rebuilt the tile section over 3 days & we're super happy with the results. I would highly recommend JSC. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
