"Our 18 year old AC finally but the dust last year. Kevin and Kenny with Top Shelf quoted us last year (fall 2019) for a full replacement of our HVAC + water heater. AC, furnace, water heater. Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. They were also well under their competitors pricing (6 other quotes) and much more thorough with their quote. They actually went into the crawl space to check the duct work, counted the registers, asked about heating and cooling issues in different rooms, triple checked what we currently had and made sure what they recommended to replace would be sufficient and efficient. "There were some minor problems with the installations - a leaking faucet (brand new faucet installed by Magic), and another brand new faucet that had the cold side quit working a day after they installed new feeder lines. However, in each case, Magic quickly sent a plumber out to fix the issues. Overall, they installed 3 new faucets, two new toilets, and four new sinks. My wife contacted Superior Water and Air at Costco.  Their representative was incredibly friendly and helpful.  He came to our home, tested our water, and provided great advice on their systems and service.  I had full confidence that had we used their services we would have had a terrific experience.  Their units are rather expensive, but come with top notch warranties and have surprisingly easy to use features, such as a simple filter change system for the RO unit, that appeared far superior to what we had in our former house.

As it turned out, a family member became available to help us with installing our water softener and RO unit, thus saving us hundreds of dollars, so we chose not to use the services of Superior Water & Air.  However, if we do need such service in the future I would be comfortable going with them.
