"Our 18 year old AC finally but the dust last year. Kevin and Kenny with Top Shelf quoted us last year (fall 2019) for a full replacement of our HVAC + water heater. AC, furnace, water heater. Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. They were also well under their competitors pricing (6 other quotes) and much more thorough with their quote. They actually went into the crawl space to check the duct work, counted the registers, asked about heating and cooling issues in different rooms, triple checked what we currently had and made sure what they recommended to replace would be sufficient and efficient. Other companies sent a sales guy with a brochure. To be honest, I had some reservations about a new company but they were very down to earth and just seemed like professional good guys. They were that and more. On a sweltering hot day, that freak week of 90 F we got before the rain hit, they came out and installed everything. 12+ hour day they went at it. I think they took a lunch, at least I hope they did. Anyway, they worked hard. Everything looked fantastic after the install. Pipes were all wrapped, duct work was insulated and tight, pipes were good. Idk what Iâ m talking about but it looked a lot better than what Hubble did 18 years ago. The filter replacement rack is magnetic and super simple to use. The inspectors that came even commented on how well a job they did. And on top of that they explain everything. My wife contacted Superior Water and Air at Costco.  Their representative was incredibly friendly and helpful.  He came to our home, tested our water, and provided great advice on their systems and service.  I had full confidence that had we used their services we would have had a terrific experience.  Their units are rather expensive, but come with top notch warranties and have surprisingly easy to use features, such as a simple filter change system for the RO unit, that appeared far superior to what we had in our former house.

As it turned out, a family member became available to help us with installing our water softener and RO unit, thus saving us hundreds of dollars, so we chose not to use the services of Superior Water & Air.  However, if we do need such service in the future I would be comfortable going with them.

"I met with Jonathan to assess the deck and he made a number of suggestions as to how we should proceed. After reviewing the options, he proposed a number of alternatives along with the price of each.  He ended up repairing a section of the deck that had rotted, sanded and cleaned all the wood, including the benches and pickets (by hand), and re-staining the whole thing.  The entire effort to 5 days, but the deck looks great.
