"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Bryan walked us through the entire process. He is a bit on the eccentric side but has a heart of gold. He is, let’s say passionate about his work, and helping his customers and now friends get what’s we deserve. Our initial quote from the insurance company was to only replace 54 single shingles. Bryan went to bat and took the pictures the adjuster missed, worked up the insurance co. hierarchy , and got approval for the whole roof replacement. The roof looks great and even though some wood needed replaced, it was completed in one day. What really sold us was what he did for my wife’s brother. He is a disabled veteran and had the insurance company only approving 1/4 of his roof. His contractor was not disputing anything. Bryan went and spoke with him, inspected the roof, and was outraged at the little support a veteran was getting. He was able to get the contractor dropped and the insurance co. to replace the whole roof. So, if you want someone to be on your side, not the moneys side, this is your roofing company.
