Customer service has been strenuous to work with - finally offering a paltry 10% refund after weeks of a tug-of-war of me sharing pictures of defects and them giving false assurances. Looking back in hindsight, I should have invested a little more to buy from a local retailer where pride in workmanship, quality and customer service are valued."
