"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. "Ozzy came to do the gutters on my new build and did such a great job! He also noticed a part in the home that needed a specifically made gutter that saved the amount of water would be pouring down on my foundation so I’m very glad he has been doing thins for years to be able to catch something like that! We never saw a sample and the color with our original choice was applied to about a third of the house and we decided the color wasn't quite what we wanted and we asked about the sample we were supposed to see first. It ended up costing us a significant amount of money to redo the stucco in a different color, despite us not having seen a sample we were told we would be able to see first."
