"After a particularly heavy rain I noticed that the well water in my newly purchased home had clouded up a bit. I contacted Amos Pump and they came out and went over the various situation that could cause my issue and what they thought would be the best way to address it. I agreed that as a initial attempt it made sense to raise the well pump up off of the bottom of the well and install a whole house water filter. I made an appointment to have the work performed and it was done as they said it would be. The water has improved dramatically and is normally clear. I am going to play around with various filter options and see what happens.
The bottom line is that these guys didn't come out to the house and tell me that the sky was falling and I would need to spend thousands to take care of the issue. They didn't promise me that my water would be 100% perfect after the intial work was performed. They told me the truth and said that this is the way they recommended going initially and that if I wasn't happy with the water quality after the job was done that there were other options available to me.
I would strongly recommend, these are local people that make the customers feel like a neighbor instead of a number.
