"Great services! I had a kind of emergent need for our patio sliding door. It was no longer opening and closing properly on a vacation rental in peak season. They came out right away and took care of us. We highly appreciate the work and services completed."

"Professional, timely and stuck with the initial quote he had given us to replace our sliding glass door screen. Would definitely hire him again!!"

"Great service, very friendly, and reasonable prices. I've made him my official handyman. He's a good guy and works quickly. Very clean, professional, and down-to-earth."

"They were on time and their work was fantastic. Job was done on time and we could not be happier. When they finished the living room, we had the do the family room the next week. Same great service. Will be having them do our windows soon. I would recommend him to anyone and I did, our next door neighbor."

"Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas are lucky to have such an honest and genuine contractor. We were in from Maryland vacationing when an accident occurred and we needed a drywall repair as soon as possible. From the start Rich response quickly to our inquiry, gave us a fair and reasonable quote based upon a picture I sent, put us on his calender very quickly and came to our home at exactly the promised time. He was very friendly and open and got right to work. He did an amazing job, was fast and the price was just as he quoted. He even offered to do a minor repair without asking for more so we happily gave him a tip. He is very trust worthy and will be the first person we call going forward. He is the role model many other contractors should follow. Thank you!! Eric W. and family."

"Brandon was extremely professional and knowledgeable on installing my front door. I am so glad I found a reliable and good contractor. I would and will hire him for future projects."

"Rick Gould provides on-time service at a competitive price. He is professional, does excellent work, and identified and fixed pre-existing problems with the floor that he found after removing the carpet. He has also done other jobs for me including repair of sliding screen door and front door and updated faucet and toilet connectors with the same excellent level of work. I will definitely hire him again when I need work to be done."

"On this last visit Scott Barnhill worked on our irrigation system and drainage. This had been his 6th visit or so to our property and we are very pleased with him. Each visit lasts about 5 hours for which we are charged $250.00 and he performs a great variety of services. We have had him repair plumbing leaks, install grab bars in tiled showers, install sink popups, correct improper wiring in outlets, install GFI outlets, trace wiring circuits and hang large and heavy pictures/paintings in addition to replacing the garage wall unit for the irrigation system, digging up and replacing irrigation heads and crawling under my house to investigate drainage issues. His ability to perform so many different tasks in a professional and courteous manner at reasonable rates makes him a very desirable service provider.

"From the start Mike was very professional and pleasant when he came to give us an estimate for painting the outside soffit around the whole house outside, porch railings, pickets and stairs. When we decided to have him do the job, as his price was reasonable for the work wanted, we called and he stated he would send a contract and have the work done by 10-30-14, which was 2 weeks away and would take 1 1/2 days to complete. He called on 10-21-14 and stated he would be at the house on 10-23-14. All the work was done and it looks terrific. There was no mess to clean up, they did it all.  We are very happy with his work and would highly recommend him and have him do any future painting needed at our home.

"Brody was wonderful. He went above and beyond what was expected. We are older and couldn’t move the furniture out of the bedrooms, so he removed the furniture, removed the carpeting from the three bedrooms, put down the new floors, cleaned them and returned the furniture to each room. He also did a wonderful job painting our doors inside and out and painting our archways. He was always on time, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns . I would highly recommend Middleton Coastal Home Investments for any home project or repairs."
