"The company called me immediately to give me a quote regarding the job I needed done (mailbox repair). The mailbox was repaired the next day. Excellent communication, keep me updated about the work and confirmed that the job was done with a photo of before and after. The company is very accommodating. I needed major front and back yard maintenance, I asked them for help and the work was done within a few days of the request and was done impeccably. "Superior: Gary and his job site manager(James) arrived on-site with an open contract to refurbish the interior 2000 square feet of poorly maintained home with ceiling leaks. They had to work side by side with a flooring contractor who refloored the entire house. They began by removing the popcorn ceiling throughout the house, re-taped most of the house, sealed, and painted everything, while repairing holes, rebuilding one wall and removing weird ceiling structures. During the process they repaired several weak areas on the roof, built an additional cricket on the roof to prevent standing water, and installed a roof fan. In all of the unstructured work and changing work requirements, Gary and James were patient, made appropriate recommendations, and continued their superior work. I cannot imagine using anyone else. In fact they are now working on adding an enclosed porch on the back of the house. Another evaluation for the end of October 2018."
