"Valerie and Bob called ahead to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time at around 8:20am and got right to work. Valerie spent nearly the entire morning outside on the roof (in freezing cold weather) upgrading our mast, power-meter, meter-socket and installing the 30amp outlet for the generator. Bob worked in the basement removing the old panel and getting the connections labeled. He then mounted the new box and together they got the new wires routed through the wall of the house and sealed the openings. They were professional and worked hard to get the job done. Bob left a little earlier and Val stayed until after 5:00pm to make sure it was completed.

They were very clear about what needed to be done, and well informed of local and state requirements for my area. "The initial work went well but we have had several issues since then and he doesn't follow through or be responsive.  We have had to contact others regarding the repairs/issues that were seemingly the result of the new roof and skylight.  We have asked him to come out three times but he has only shown up once.  We paid the big bucks thinking we would get great service but have been more than disappointed with Weatherhead's accountability.
