WHAT THIS MEANS you will not get a lien on the products installed if the roof company fails to pay for their materials. 2-No down payment and uses their own license and the installers were professional, and cleaned up every nail. 3-Price was the lowest even with a premium product. JS did not charge extra for the premium product either. 10 estimates: John Scott was the lowest, the second closest came in $600 more. "I worked with Dave Racer to get my roof replaced. I went from shingle to metal. Dave was there every step of the way. Responsive via email/text/call whenever I needed him. Their showroom located in central Cape Coral was perfect for me to be able to go see the different styles and colors of metal in-person. The roof was installed on time, at the agreed amount, and passed inspections the first time without issue. I was able to make a couple of modifications to what I wanted without a problem. Three crews worked on the roof (tearoff, install, and fascia/gutters). All three were super respectful, clean, and nice to my overly-curious kids. The lawn and drivway were clear of debris / nails / tools every day before they left. I could not recommend Roman Roofing or Dave Racer more and I love my new standing-seam black metal roof."
