"Our plumbing woes started the evening before we called Tampa Bay Plumbing with our main toilet completely nonfunctional and sewage water backed up and flooded through the shower drain in our master bath with drainage/pressure issues in our other bathroom as well. We were able to stabilize the situation that night and called the following morning. I explained the situation and they were very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and said someone would be out in a couple of hours. I fully expected the typical 4+ hour window of availability much later in the day, but in less than 2 hours I received both an email and text with a picture of the employee who would be coming out saying that he was already on his way. Very professional and put me at ease immediately. Charles was wonderful (and great with our dog too!), and after a quick assessment recommended clearing the blockage through our roof vent, an option I didn't even know was a possibility. He explained the process, I signed a written estimate, and he carried out the job in under an hour. We didn't pay one penny over the original written estimate (with the estimate and invoice also emailed). Charles cleared the blockage at 60 feet and then went an additional 40 ft to ensure everything was flowing well past the city clean out. Excellent service from beginning to end. Would definitely call them again if we have any further plumbing issues and recommend to our local friends and family."

"Josh was outstanding. He came the same day I called. He was kind and courteous. He was quiet after learning my daughter was asleep in the next room. He tested for wetness and found it everywhere in our cabinets. He opened up the cabinets and found mold and mildew also. He advised us that to be safe, all the cabinetry had to go. When I asked him what his fee was for this evaluation he told me nothing! I was blown away. He was genuinely concerned for the health and welfare of my family and he spent more time with me than he was obligated to particularly since he'd taken the time to come over and then not charged me a penny. I so appreciate his honesty and obvious concern for our situation and I'll certainly use him again if the need arises. I'd be happy to pay them for a service given how this went. Lesson learned, under cabinet leaks can be sneaky! We didn't think there was a problem there but obviously we were wrong. We did everything we could to take care of the issue ourselves but when it became clear we needed help, I'm so glad we found Dry Me Out."

"We've had Professional Plumbing and Design to our home for three different projects and we've received first class service every time. Yesterday JJ and Sam replaced our three toilets. They did a beautiful job, especially with the caulk, and left the bathrooms looking clean and new. A few months ago JJ was here to clear our blocked kitchen drain. He had our drain flowing in no time. He also found leaks coming from our sink disposal unit and we asked him to remove it, which he did, and he did a very nice job re-working the dual sink drain lines and dishwasher connection. Our first project was to have our hot water heater replaced along with the water main shut-off valve and two exterior hose bibs. JJ and Steven did an excellent job plumbing in the new water heater and replacing the old, leaking valves. We highly recommend Professional Plumbing and Design.
