"WARNING: DAN IS THE BIGGEST LIAR, HE WILL PROMISE ANYTHING UNTIL HE GETS THE MONEY. We hired DANN FROM PREFERRED POOL AND PAVERS (PPP) to install a paver driveway and walkways to the front of our house and the backyard. Within a month we started experiencing problems with the installation and the quality of the pavers. 1) The pavers we ordered are called MEGA SMOOTH. We have pictures of the driveway that show how NOT SMOOTH, uneven the pavers were installed; 2) The aggregate in the pavers is popping out causing holes and the pavers are degrading, 3) The pavers are moving and separating causing large gaps, 4) 2 types of pavers, "Mega Smooth" and Mega Stone" were intermixed in the installation. We were told the difference in the pavers was Mega Smooth is a 3 piece paver and Mega Stone is a 2 pc paver. This is not true, the shape/texture is very different. PPP made several unsuccessful attempts to repair the problems. New pavers were ordered to replace defective pavers, but PPP, nor the factory, could communicate what the quality standard is for the pavers to determine which pavers would be replaced from a factory defect. Also, when the first pallet of replacement pavers arrived, it was the wrong color. PPP disappeared after this. Finally, the pavers were never sealed. I BELIEVE IN KARMA AND I KNOW WHAT YOU GIVE ALWAYS COMES BACK. DAN YOU STOLE MY $20000. HERE ARE A FEW OF MANY PICTURES OF WHAT I MENTIONED ABOVE. THESE ARE 2 MONTHS AFTER THE INSTALLATION AND YOU HAVE SEEN THIS FIRST HAND. THEY WOULD BE PERFECT FOR YOUR WEBSITE SO EVERY ONE CAN SEE YOUR HORRIBLE WORK. DAN ENJOY MY $20000 UNTIL KARMA HITS."

This outdoor living space is an important asset, increasing the value of a home as well as reclaiming unused areas of lawn and garden. The selection of the color and texture of the pavers can be chosen to blend with the tone of the house.

"I would have rated them top notch but their follow up fell way short. Everything was great until the very end. they rushed to finish the job and go to the next one, and when their representative came to collect the money I showed them that the last part of the project which was putting sand down between the bricks to fill them up, was a bit scant and needed more sand. Being that they had been so trusting that I was going to pay them up until then, I accepted their word that they would have the crew return. So I paid them and they never showed up again. I personally put down another eight bags of sand to at least help with the appearance. Hopefully they understand that the final appearance of the job is important."

"I did my homework before selecting Jerry’s Roofing. Given the cost and importance of a project like this, I’m glad I got this one right. I saw they have been in business longer than anyone I found and had an excellent reputation. Even my coworkers and friends had great things to say about them. After checking out my roof, Jerry gave me a very fair quote that included more sheets of plywood than any of my other quotes. That really helped in my situation. Unfortunately, my roof was in worse shape than I realized and a lot of the wood had to be replaced. Fortunately for me, I selected the right company and these guys worked hard and late. Even though my roof damage was extensive, which really should not have been a shock to me considering the age, Jerry’s Roofing took care of us, and at a good price. The crew showed up on time and got started immediately. Very professional guys and obviously very experienced. They took the time to clean up and also explain to me what was going on with the project. Glad to have this repair completed. My new roof looks great! I would recommend Jerry's Roofing without hesitation to anyone. Many thanks!!!"
