He was helpful and informative and once we decided, he set us up immediately with a date for installation. Rob and Nate came to do the installation. Rob is the owner of the company. They started the Friday after Thanksgiving and worked right through the weekend. They were done in three days start to finish. It is absolutely magnificent and exceeded all our expectations.
