"I had several bathroom cabinets refaced. I thought they would reface the bottom. They do not. I was left with rust rings on the bottom of one of the cabinets. When I called I left a message about the rings and that the workers had left their radio. No one got back to me. I called a week later and was told that they should have gotten the rust ring but I could use a specific product and it should come out. I was also told the warranty information would be mailed. After several weeks I had to call to remind them I had not received it. They sent it right to me after that. They did build and install a new cabinet in my master bath to match the existing which turned out perfect. Overall I'd use Russ again just had some minor frustrations."
