I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Great. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone if it was a standard repair and scheduled immediately for 2 days out. I called around to see if I could get someone sooner and no one could do it even with emergency fees and most charged a trip fee to even come do an estimate and not applied towards the work. I called back to confirm my appointment. He finished a job early and called to see if he could come a day earlier and took care of the pipe. He was straight forward with the information and costs and parts and charged a fair price with no extra fees or nonsense. I appreciated his work and promptness and consideration. I would definitely use him again!"
